By accessing or using Ubabydream, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Ubabydream generates AI-based artistic impressions of what a future baby might look like based on uploaded photos. This service is for entertainment purposes only and does not provide medical, genetic, or predictive advice.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to use those photos solely for generating your sketch. You confirm you have the right to share any photos you upload.
4. Payments & Refunds
The full reveal package costs $9.99 as a one-time payment. If your sketch fails to generate due to a technical error, you will receive an automatic refund. Refunds for other reasons are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The AI-generated sketches are artistic interpretations and should not be interpreted as accurate predictions of a real child's appearance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ubabydream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
