When you use Ubabydream, we collect photos you upload (your photo and optionally your partner's photo), quiz responses, and your email address if you provide it during checkout. We also collect standard device and usage data through cookies and analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your photos solely to generate your personalized baby sketch. Quiz responses help tailor the experience. Your email is used to deliver your sketch and any transactional communications (receipts, refund notices). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Retention
Uploaded photos and generated sketches are stored securely for up to 90 days so you can access your results. After this period, photos are automatically deleted. You may request early deletion by contacting us.
4. Payment Information
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and optional analytics cookies to improve our service. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
